Satyam Cheif Ramalinga Raju Raju to appear before Sebi on Saturday: Lawyer

Raju, who has been untraceable since his sent in his resignation on Wednesday, is believed to be at his farmhouse at Kompally on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

While there was no confirmation from police regarding his whereabouts, police officers said they had no orders yet to arrest him.  

However, Raju is scheduled to meet Sebi officials at Satyam’s corporate office on Saturday. Raju's lawyer,Bharat Kumar, said his client Ramalinga Raju will appear before SEBI at 1600 hrs on Saturday, PTI reported.

Earlier in the day, Sebi had summoned Raju at his corporate office at 4.30pm. Bharat Kumar had earlier said "I will be there", but he did not specify whether Raju too would be present in his corporate office to meet the Sebi officials.
