A wind turbine in Britain was wrecked earlier this week when one of its 65-foot blades was ripped off by a UFO. People living in the nearby town of Lincolnshire reported seeing strange orangey-yellow lights headed in the direction of the wind farm earlier in the evening, and then they awoke at 4 a.m. to the sound of the turbine being smashed up.

"It looked like a giant explosion in the air," said one local. Another witness said he saw a "massive ball of light with tentacles going right down to the ground. ... It was huge. With the tentacles it looked just like an octopus." Hundreds have reported seeing the same phenomenon.

One blade was totally sheared off the giant windmill, while another was left mangled by the incident. The missing blade is thus far nowhere to be found, and UFO experts "are very excited" by the prospect that the crash could have been caused by a paranormal incident.
